These terms describe the basic rules for using the Atokura app, website, support pages, campaign information, and related services.

Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Atokura, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
Service Overview
Atokura is a personal budgeting support app that helps you estimate what you can spend today by using budgets, budget top-ups, expenses, carryover, history, monthly summaries, widgets, reminders, and related settings. Atokura is intended for personal household budgeting and everyday spending decisions.
Your Data and Responsibility
Budget, expense, memo, CSV, and settings data are managed on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for reviewing calculated amounts before relying on them, and for keeping your device and backups appropriately protected.
No Financial Advice
Atokura is a budgeting support tool and does not provide banking, payment, accounting, investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. The app does not connect to bank accounts or execute payments. Decisions based on information shown in Atokura are your responsibility.
Premium Subscriptions
Atokura may offer Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions such as monthly or yearly plans. Product names, prices, billing periods, free access periods, and available features are shown in the app and in the applicable app store before purchase. Purchases are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, renew automatically unless canceled through the store before renewal, and can be managed or canceled in the store account settings. Purchase restoration is available in the app.
Third-Party Services and Store Terms
Subscription purchase, restore, and status verification may use RevenueCat and the applicable app store. App distribution, payment, refunds, cancellation, and standard end-user license terms are also subject to Apple App Store or Google Play terms and policies. If store terms and these terms conflict about payment handling, the applicable store terms control.
Coupons and Campaigns
Coupon, launch campaign, discount, and promotional information shown on the website or in the app may be changed, suspended, or ended without prior notice. Campaigns do not guarantee future pricing, availability, or feature content.
Prohibited Use
You may not misuse Atokura, interfere with the app or website, attempt unauthorized access, copy or redistribute app content except as permitted by law, use the service for unlawful purposes, or submit false, harmful, or sensitive information through support channels.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, discontinue, or change parts of Atokura, including features, supported platforms, pricing, and campaign information. We try to keep the app and website reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual Property
Atokura, the app design, text, images, icons, and related materials are owned by kk244 / Atokura or used with permission. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atokura is provided as is, and kk244 / Atokura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Changes
