Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Atokura handles information on this website and in the Atokura iOS/Android app.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Developer and Contact

Atokura is provided by kk244 / Atokura. For support, privacy requests, subscription questions, or product feedback, contact us at dynamin1115@gmail.com.

Information Stored on Your Device

Atokura stores the information you enter or configure in the app on your device, including wallet names, budget top-ups, expense amounts, expense dates, categories, memos, currency, language, theme, widget settings, reminder settings, subscription status, and related app settings. CSV export/import is performed only when you choose a file or share destination through the operating system.

Information We Do Not Collect

Atokura does not provide accounts, cloud sync, bank account connections, payment services, advertising, or cross-app tracking. Budget, expense, category, memo, and CSV contents are not sent to a developer server or to RevenueCat by Atokura. Local reminders do not use remote push tokens.

Anonymous Product Analytics

To improve onboarding, the core ‘today available’ experience, retention, and the paywall, the app sends anonymous milestones for first open, onboarding completion, viewing today’s available amount, adding an expense, retained value views on days 3, 7, and 30, paywall views within day 35, and purchase starts within day 35. Each payload contains only the event name, a random per-event ID, cohort and event dates, platform, app version, and production/test environment. It contains no user ID, device ID, advertising ID, RevenueCat ID, amount, category, memo, or other entered content. Anonymous product analytics runs internally without an individual Settings toggle for new installs. Devices that previously opted out remain opted out.

Website Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as page views, device and browser information, approximate region, and referral source. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies. We use these insights to improve the website and do not use Google Analytics for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Premium Subscription Processing

Premium purchase, restore, and subscription status checks use RevenueCat together with the App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat may process purchase history, product identifiers, subscription status, an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID, and store or device information needed to verify the subscription. This processing is used for app functionality and subscription-related analytics, not advertising tracking.

Support and Email

When you contact dynamin1115@gmail.com, we use the information you provide, such as your email address, message, app version, device details, and issue description, only to reply, provide support, handle privacy requests, and manage subscription-related inquiries. Do not send card numbers, bank account details, passwords, or other sensitive financial information.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. Anonymous product events are received by Vercel and stored and aggregated by Neon as service providers to Atokura. Subscription verification is handled by RevenueCat and the applicable app store. Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. Email inquiries are delivered through Resend and may be processed by the email service provider receiving the inquiry. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Atokura.

Retention and Deletion

Budget and expense records remain on your device until you edit or delete them in the app, delete the app, or clear app data through the operating system. Raw anonymous events are automatically deleted within 90 days; non-identifying daily counts are retained while needed for product analysis. Because the events contain no shared user or device identifier, a sent event cannot be linked back to a specific user for individual deletion. Atokura does not create user accounts, so there is no account deletion process inside the app. For RevenueCat customer deletion or privacy requests related to support emails, contact dynamin1115@gmail.com.

Security

App-entered budget and expense data is stored locally on your device. Anonymous product events and subscription verification use encrypted communication. Network infrastructure may temporarily process request metadata such as IP addresses for delivery and abuse prevention, but Atokura does not copy IP addresses, User-Agent values, or request bodies into application logs. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we limit external processing to what is necessary for the features described above.

Children

Atokura is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has contacted us or provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app and website evolve. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
